Eventual trickle down to .25 a share, then a simple 1-20 rs to $5.00? That way institutions can get back in again, again and manipulation will be lessened at the higher price. Again. All good again. Again. Should be only a few weeks away from the preliminary proxy, I think end of August sometime?
