If the new folks are watching L2 , they will see that the pull back was with only 1000 shares this last trade at .0821 , so that tells me a possibility of two things are happening, either a small flipper for tiny profit , or we have the shorts which in this case are CANT and CSTI, once they figure out there is no real selling below .10 , they will leave , also folks need to realize it takes time to build bid support , hence why spread is a little wide, that to will be corrected.
