No, if you encounter mineralization that is significant enough to count as a discovery, there is no need for a "second discovery". A result of 200 feet of 0.4% copper would be more than enough! Even I would get pretty excited by that!!

Even a 30-foot run of 0.4% copper would be enough. It would show that ore-grade copper is present, in the right rocks, and as predicted. JB could promote the crap out of that and real money would flow in.
