It is on the ASX. Australia. POH. It has an otc but trading is nonexistent. The company has good IP but the incident sent the stock into the ground and he hasn't been able to turn it around. He works 24/7 and doesn't even have time for personal emails. There is a flip side though, I jumped on the stock's Hotcopper message board after he was officially in the role and there was numerous people trashing him, his pay (he took a pay cut for the job) dot connecting about places he's worked in the past, who he knew to get the job, his experience etc...
The reality, he was referred for the position when the company paid LinkedIn to source them 25 potential candidates based on a certain criteria they provided. He was a big deal at Shire and went into consulting. All around a brilliant guy, they were lucky to get him.
