I am in the process of selling some real estate and expecting a nice return. I decided to sell my original purchases in ERHC, all of them except the offering at $0.075 (pre split). My loss is HUGE and now its official since the sale went through. Although, the loss offsets the entire real estate gain (and will for several future real estate transactions), the loss still hurts and leaves me with a very disgusted feeling about ERHC.
