How do you feel about the proxy Virtra sent out Friday? On the IHUB board it seems about half the people like it and half the people hate it. The people that hate it think it's a power grab by the CEO to get super voting rights for the proxy and he will run the company by himself after the annual meeting and not cancel the shares, the people that like it believe this is the only way to get things accomplished by voting because they haven't had enough people vote before to pass anything (even if all that voted had voted yes). They are reincorporating in Nevada. Their letter to shareholders also states a goal of listing on a national exchange.

The market hated it at the open on Friday, dropped the price from 24 to 16 cents before it recovered back to .23 by the end of the day.
