8-K filing..Board Member RESIGNS...

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1388319/000118518516005035/usstemcell8k072516.htm

Quote from SEC 8-K filing today:

"On July 22, 2016, Dr. Sam Ahn resigned as a member of the Board of Directors. "

Uh oh...that's not looking too good perhaps???

Sam Ahn was the only active, actual currently practicing M.D. associated with what's left of the company's Sr Mgt, besides Murphy who holds an M.D. designation, and is the Chairman, but who's like 93 years old now and I don't believe has "actively practiced" medicine for some time now (Murphy gave some talk on video to a group of people, and I believe he stated something to that effect, like he's retired. Struck me more as a talk about the "old days". It's on Youtube). Wow. Wonder what's up with Ahn deciding to resign ?

That leaves um with Tomas, Comella, Murphy, Hart, Borman and Anderson (Anderson added to the BOD not too long ago) as their BOD. Two of those, Tomas and Comella make up TWO of the 4 full time employees left at the company, as stated in their last SEC 10-Q and 10-K which said 4 full time and one part time employee make up the entire company now.

Wowza. Their still active M.D. board member, the one with a plethora of published papers, medical textbook chapters, seats on journal editorial boards, an actual active medical practice, current associations with UCLA etc and he chooses to bail out.

Ahn is (or at least was, past tense, who knows now?) he was also a member of Northstar LLC per USRM's SEC 10-K and 10-Q filings, which is related to holding and guaranteeing the company's major long terms debts still owed. Did they cash him out I wonder?

Interesting to me. Fascinating. Maybe somethings "cooking"..., or maybe he just wanted to quit and move on? Who freaking knows- I guess time may tell?

Seems kinda "interesting" to me- that the stock went on this little mini pump run-up, RIGHT, ALMOST PERFECTLY timed to that resignation date of July 22nd. Just pull up a 1 month chart- and look at the start of the run-up and now it's decline the past few days- it's dead center on both sides of that date of July 22nd, when the SEC 8-K says Ahn resigned.

Does that mean anything? Who freaking knows? But the timing is sure dead-on a "coincidence" otherwise? Again, a fascinating little tid-bit, that the stock runs big, timed nearly perfectly to when a key BOD member happens to "get out" and leave, almost to the day.
