A couple of years ago, they announced in late July. It was a week or so into August last year. So, you never know.

It's hard to know for sure, but based on last quarter and the tendency for numbers to get better in the 3rd/4th quarters, I think earnings should be in the .15-.20 range. This would only include one month of Periscope. Given the improvement in trading volume this year (feels like 5x last year, 20 times '14, and 2000 times '12), I think they'll hold onto a higher forward PE than we've been used to.
