Public Property records tell a lot about the CGRA Chewelah industrial site. Three tax lots, a bunch of sq ft in buildings, and a s..t ton of 3-phase power (site was formerly an Alcoa smelting plant?), enough to run a small city. Indoor MJ grows need; walls, a roof and POWER - lots of it and this place has it. That much power capacity is very expensive to install, rare to be found AND now available for MJ grow(s?).
