No, that's not where I'm coming from. I can't speak for Panik or Dimension but why would they want TMM shares? They are currently at $.03 and if TMMI/Panik did this, they would need to print about 350 million shares (IMO). Talk about dilution?

TMM doesn't have cash and the major shareholders would have to contribute about a million dollars to settle. Keep in mind Dimension showed up to the settlement conference, TMM didn't.

I think TMM will declare BK if there is any award against them (IMO). I do think there was abuse of process and other posters (big TMM supporters) have stated that this is/was a ploy to obliterate Dimension.

You're right. Reason was never in play in TMM's effort to file, fight and withdraw from this effort. Then again, when has it ever been different?
