You may be right, but I quess I've always assumed that the legal costs said to be an asset defending VDK 2 included the presumably quite significant amount spent on the pyrrhic result at the USPTO. The expense was written off, as VDK 2 was abandoned, not because all legal expenses were related to costs of the Nevada law suit.
I'd expect the figure spent by Tmmi for the drafting of claims, motions, and depositions, to be considerably less than 750,000. Unless they were over charged.
