Wondering if anyone had seen this the date I am showing is a filing of CT on 3/1/16 filing for "Confidential treatment order" showing it not to be released until August 28,16. New insiders etc. filings too over the past 6 months or so. Not sure what to make of it all or if there is actually anything to it.
