The EVTI FACTS are indeed dark, however they are FACTUAL like it or not.

1. There's never been a forward split.
2. EVTI is a P&D stock with no fundamentals.
3. EVTI has a gagged TA.
4. EVTI has not filed a quarterly since last year.
5. Insiders dumping, dilution from block positions.
6. LAST year the big promo was EVTI would be a dime by January 2016 - it wasn't. Instead it tanked right back to $.0001.
