as i said...as it breaks .90 the draw will be to move htm over 1.00....if institutions and fund managers see potential at the over 1.00 mark then who knows where we go from there...i would say it will depend on potential projects coming online. That insider purchase was a huge vote of confidence...now lets see what happens as we break .90 and then see what happens as htm draws attention from the huge insider buy....
