yes he is following all the stuff that i figured he was going to do and you have probably read them here and there over the last year.
Marc said he wanted to build a Brazilian company that Brazilians could invest in. the only thing i never saw him do was put that 380 million into a trust that is non RSable which has a small concern with it. If he does a large RS then we lose and he gets everything
if he does a 10 to 20 which is what i believe then we all make money hand over fist. the key here is to have lots and hold.
this will definitly be a great company and the risk is worth every cent and more.
Just pray he is a just man and with RS to make it good for all not just him.

big dollar stock...everything will depend on his honesty for a good rs
