LONG-$350,000 FACE OF UNSECURED 2021 SENIOR NOTES 7.75%

POSITION PURCHASED AT $113.0 PER $1000

OR 11.3 CENTS ON THE DOLLAR OF FACE VALUE.

The common equity and preferred securities will wind up worthless and the unsecured senior notes will be awarded between 50% - 100% of the equity.

7.75% senior notes are trading flat with no accrued interest.
