I think rishel was either gagged by paul or ended up in ihub jail. Just speculation on my part. He also never replied to an emaik i sent, an would have had no knowledge it an was me. Its exactly as les and i have said...they have agent identification card(s), not licenses. The process to get an mj related license in MV is ling, complicated, and expensive. They also aren't operating as one of the business types that can apply for an mj license.
