Exactly, Gulf had no idea what they were doing or what they had but posters on this board know better. Dan Byrnes with fiduciary responsibilities invested money based upon that Gulf Dominion information. Maybe Gulf Dominion should be sued by the plaintiff

Can anyone here figure out why Dan's legal problems while with another company are relevant here? Or better yet what his motivation was to invest in SRSR and now become an officer in the company?
