i also think you are expecting too much from this in terms of anticipating movement in the pps when the deal closes. dry cleaning business is not very exciting nor is it extremely profitable. so, i would caution against high expectations here. i would imagaine a nice pop may as high as .01, but i wouldn't expect much more than that, unless they make it a point not to raise the authorized. chro went to .04+ because they did not raise their authorized.
