Nope i am not suggesting anything of the sort. I am simply stating that the company hides information from its shareholders. Then the only communication available is email. This allows them to say anything they want without the legal repercussions of lying publically.
As an example...
Remember the huston plant?
Or the fortune 500 BoD doing DD for a year?
Rumors created in the aftermath of email. Where did these rumors come from? Who knows? But if the company was acting legit the email would not work to create rumors. The shareholders would have public filings that would bind the company by law.
The company would make all shareholders aware of what is transpiring.
Dan in Toronto... good for him. I am glad the shareholders are able to send Dan on little trips like he was the CEO of a real company. He should have joined sooner and he could have gone on the wine tasting tour.
Dont really care sbout his vacation trips or what he says hes doing on them and shareholders shouldnt either. All anyone should care about is actual forward movement or the lack there of.
