If you entered the wrong number, there is an option to re-enter and try to get it right (as many times as that may take).

I do not understand why people with questions about RSPG can not or will not call the CEO (Alex Hazan) at 818-902-3690. Talk to him and tell us what he says. Why not?

At least give the man a chance to talk to his shareholders/complainants. If you are nervous and unsure, write your questions on index cards and read them to him.
