KNT, absolutely, but when could be a long time, 10-k not due til 9/30/06...i never did figure out WHY rufus would be filing a 10-k now anyway, a simple 8-k-filing would satisfy a merge-event... NOR have i heard a reasonable explanation as to why rufus is claiming 10-k-filing?
