This is how Nordlicht operates

His victims are the people and institutions who invested their money in his various high yield schemes, and some could argue also those who invested in shares of the firms that borrowed money from Platinum and it's surrogates. It is hard to argue that Implant Sciences or any other borrowers are victims since no one else would lend to them anyway. That is Nordlicht's game. Enjoy the read.
