SRSR update:
As I've stated a few times before, anyone who wants to know what's happening behind the scenes with SRSR need only place an email or phone call to our President, Dan Byrnes.
I actually spoke to him this afternoon. He's returning home from a 3 day trip to Toronto where he met with various potential partners and investors. He also met with the vendors doing our metallurgy, assaying, and working on the Resource estimate, PEA etc. There is now a very clear and actionable way forward.
He said while there are a few remaining hurdles to be cleaned up but once that is done he is very confident about the future of this project.
The niobium story has drastically changed since the sale of Niobec and the recent sale of the Anglo American project in Brazil. Couple this with the Chinese purchase of a stake in CBMM a few years back.
End users are very aware that the Chinese are cornering the market and diversity of supply and outright supply concerns exist for all the users who don't have a source not controlled by the Chinese. Niobium is a necessary product that any steel company needs be it to make pipelines, cars, bridges and building as well as all of the new technology products it's being used in.
So once these few hurdles are cleared up I think we will start seeing public ally all the efforts that have been taking place this year.
