TOG: If it were an opinion posted as FACT then that can ONLY be so if someone brings FACT that the BoD is a Scam. because to the contrary TODAY it is FACT that they are not a scam.

In good tradition of this board I'd ask you to show my the source that says that the BoD is a scam. Even of JB we couldn't accuse her after PPHM named her and filed for fraud and constructed fraud.

Yet when it comes to the PPHM BoD then no prove needed.

And if you are talking about the Poison Pill the Delaware Bylaws and the procedure to close the BoD then just think as an American or European: What is within the boundaries of the law is legal.

I am glad they keep PPHM from any hostile acquisition and if some claim PPHM is worthless well then why would we care about the BoD being lock-in to 4 people.
