The SEC is apparently mad as they told the judge the teco defendants have supplied ZERO documents.
Does that sound like cooperation? This whole lawsuit is the most absurd .....
A "mountain of evidence"
It is so much evidence it can't convict Elmer Fuddstone from shooting at bugs bunny.
The "mountain " apparently has "nothing" to do with the defendants.
The SEC has stated they have "ZERO" documents from the defendants. ZERO. Not one scintilla of cooperation...
What the heck is this "mountain " all about then? Is it about blackburns tax records from the 80's?
