Good question. My answers would be professional pride. I think they want to bring in as much as possible as validation for their hard work over the years. Now is different because now is where the rubber meets the road. Also, for the options. So, for me it isn't whether they like us or not so much as what I think they will do.

Also, and maybe more than anything else, since DMRJ has the final decision they will put a lot of pressure on management to do the right thing and enhance shareholder value.
