what we don't know is whether or not IMSC has had some communication with the SEC already. There could be provisions that allow for IMSC to disclose information to the SEC, but not yet disclose publicly. I don't know this for certain, but it seems logical that there would be circumstances where a company can remain compliant without disclosing something that is not ready to be disclosed. Given all that's going on, I have to imagine that IMSC is doing everything possible and necessary to remain compliant with legal obligations.
