"Mike, surprisingly, addressed the VitaStik debacle. He was generically speaking about what MCIG/VTCQ was going to do to protect intellectual property in the future; which is an admission of saying that MCIG indeed failed to protect the VitaStik intellectual property to begin with. He suggested that there is legal activity going on; with “evidence” of wrongdoing by a former CEO, however, because some of certain events where that individual was able to use the trademark (vitastik website, VitaCig removing VitaStik from VitaCig website) – that they would probably lose in court."
