Roger, that daily short info is universally considered bogus
as it's a site created solely to support promoters and is grossly abused especially here on Ihub. FINRA Daily Reg SHO data is useless by itself, trade date plus 3 for settlement at the end of the day is the only thing that counts .
I copied and filed the Jess Haberman letter to Elizabeth Murphy of the SEC from someone here on Ihub years ago as the benchmark as to how all this works, widely considered the gospel.
