As previosly stated, virtually all of FBEC's acquisions were worthless assets that Norm gathered under the umbrella of Gallant Acquisitions. He then diverted them to FBEC for millions of shares of stock which went back to Gallant whom Mario controled and as we know Norm controls Mario. Given the lack of value of the worthless assets the SEC should get the IRS involved as the recipt of shares by Gallant should be a very large taxable event
