The majority of companies and transactions listed in the below filing are entities, products etc in which Norm Birmingham had control of. He "brokered" the diversion of said entities, products, et. al which were worthless for millions of shares of stock… the publc vehicle which inherited the diverted assets in 2014 is FBEC,
Captured in the fillings is news about Krudd Kleen and a marketing agreement that benefits FBEC and a company Norm set uop to receive a roalty from said sales of Krudd Kleen,,, nothing accrues to the benefit of PGCX
