well, i am new to this board and have no bone to pick with anyone.
I tolerate and appreciate most remarks and opinions as long as they remain non-personal. So, I did vote for Obama twice. First time as a vote against the lying world order Bush crowd. Second go round I admit that I made a mistake with Obama. There are things about him I admire and detest. Hillary IMO is a poor choice for the first potential woman president. I admired Bernies moxie and a couple of his ideas, but overall could not muster myself to give him support.
I worked in the Ross Perot campaign and saw first hand how the republican insiders destroyed his bid. Remembering his terminology describing NAFTA (and later GATT) "the huge sucking sound that would result from the huge number of semi's trucking jobs down to Mexico... well he was dead on correct. Then came the transfer of jobs and technology and human talent to Asia.. it got so bad that engineers were going overseas to find work. So while Trump may not be 100% ideal, he will get my vote. It is high time for a non establishment outsider to have a try. The same old same old as I see in Hillary will just kick the can down the road... a can that could go over the edge. Once in the White House I feel Trump will come to be seen as one who will unite the country rather than divide it as his opposition tries to promote. Trump will be a promoter of business that will help the average investor more than the manipulating wall street bank crowd. As to Alex Jones, I have not followed him in quite a number of years... at least he is no bought and paid for Rush Limbaugh. Alex started his career not in the vein for profit but rather to expose the lies and deceit so prevalent in our main stream media and politics. This I know personally. Sure, his style rubbed me a little raw at times, but at least he speaks out versus your CNN Anderson Cooper and most of the rest that have to worry about losing their cush salary and notoriety should they say anything too contrary to the establishment norms. Many times the closer one gets to the truth the uglier the world becomes. It is much easier to take the easy street than to offer up constructive ideas or to actively work for change.
