Maybe the Café WILL Come with the deal.

I'm confused. I don't know who "Alan George" is. According to this article, if the author is correct, Caie George is the owner of both the commissary and café. That would be spectacular if this deal goes through and shareholders get both the café and the commissary.

http://www.rgj.com/story/life/food/2016/06/13/dim-sum-caies-oriental-caf/85777288/

And I've been pronouncing wrong, just as I pronounced "consortium" wrong for years in the '80s based on a reading pronunciation only.

EXCERPT 1: "CaiE’s Oriental Café anchors the northwest corner of the Smith’s grocery center on South Meadows Parkway. CaiE (pronounced ky-EE) is the first name of owner CaiE George (née CaiE Peng in Guangzhou, China).

EXCEPT 2: "George owns a dim sum factory in Sparks that supplies her restaurant."

So it's long established, small, yet proably 2M in sales at MINIMUM based on previous links.

What would this be all about? Raising capital to franchise the concept and/or open more company-owned units?

But then this source gives conflicting information:

http://www.bbb.org/reno/business-reviews/restaurant-equipment-and-supplies/caie-foods-partnership-ltd-in-sparks-nv-90004642

It claims this:

Business Management

Principal: Mr. Alan L. George (Owner)
Mr. Caie George (Manager)
Mr. Guo S. Wang (Manager)

So, Caie is the owner or the manager? They share the same last name. Is it a pseudonym or relative?

But then according to this source, Alan George is the "founder" and "managing partner" of Caie Foods. And an impressive allotment of other achievements in his life are lighted up as well:

So, I'm thinking father/daughter relationship again. That is my gut instinct, but can't verify it.
