Could just be a new mcig sales rep (may be termed "sales executives"). Probable more like an "Executive Assistant", IMO. Triaging and drafting replies to e-mails, listen in on phone calls in order to organize and follow up on action items, managing/monitoring social media information flow, attending virtual meetings to report progress, etc. Maybe this mcig contractor will reply. Should know soon enough...
