Let me help you with this--The shareholders merely approved the reverse split--it is up to mgt. to decide whether or not to implement it--they [mgt.] have one year to decide--if it does not happen in that time frame then they must go back to the shareholders again--I sincerely hope this clears up the misconceptions that have surrounded this event.
