Does anybody have an update on this? has it been discussed on recent earnings calls at all? it seemed so bizarre and orchestrated how all those law firms put out announcements in the same week seeking people to join a class action suit. felt like it was mostly just scare tactics to continue pushing people out of this stock and maintain downward momentum. they made it seem like every lawyer from new york to LA was piling on it.
i'm not too concerned that CPST would lose the suit, but i'm definitely concerned they'd have to burn a lot of money on legal fees just fighting it.
