Actually Bill,this has always been TMMI and DFI's motion going back to
5/26/2016 and then 6/10/2016 when it was DENIED!!.

Then the plaintiffs, which would be TMMI/DFI
opened a new motion 7/1/2016....
Then the opposition, which would be demented,
opposed it on the 7th and
today, the 8th HEARING SET....


All one has to do is follow the minutes....

We have always known TMM/DFI asked for a hearing
on this matter!!.
What was posted, was the fact, that demented was
stalling from the 7/1/2016 ruling
and the judge saw right through the stall tactic within 24 hours!!.
