It's not me. Thomas filing this is a real good sign though, still stuck with the question of how long will it take. I think Thomas is going to liquidate the company, if so the value of the domain name fund.com will be big for shareholders. I don't know if they'll get the reported $10 million that they paid but even $2 million would be great.

I emailed Berke and asked if he could comment on BE Capital and if they have talked, hopefully he'll respond to that since it has nothing to do with the settlement.
