Former Illinois Rep. Joe Walsh declared "war" on Obama and Black Lives Matter protesters in a now-deleted tweet during the Dallas chaos, and then continued ranting about how they are responsible for the deaths of officers.
"3 Dallas Cops killed, 7 wounded," Walsh, a 54-year-old Tea Party Republican, tweeted soon after news of the attack broke.

"This is now war. Watch out Obama. Watch out black lives matter punks. Real America is coming after you."
He deleted the tweet after fierce backlash, and later wrote that he "wasn't calling for violence, against Obama or anyone."
However, that didn't stop him from targeting the President and protesters in a series of hateful tweets spewed over four hours.
"4 Dallas Cops assassinated tonight. Blacks lives matter cheers. LGBT blames Christians. Obama defends Islam," Walsh wrote as the death toll rose.
"Obama's words & BLM's deeds have gotten cops killed. Time for us to defend our cops," he wrote in another message.
He also blamed the attack on "2 uneducated black thugs," before police released any information about the suspects.
Walsh, who was voted out of office in 2013 after just one House term, was an obsessive Obama critic during his brief time in Congress. He said, among other things, that Obama won the presidency because he is black [ http://thinkprogress.org/politics/2012/04/30/473743/joe-walsh-obama-black/ ], and that he "was never ready to be president to begin with."
Since getting booted from Congress, Walsh has hosted a right-wing radio show in Chicago.
