They need capital funds to continuing developing the phase II products in the pipeline. Now they are offering restricted unit shares for purchase to shareholders instead of borrowing money to continue it products trials. I buy these unit shares at .45 and 6 months later I can sell those shares no less than .65 or higher, which could be around $2, 3, or higher per share in six months. I get the shares cheaper because I bought them in units. Okay sounds good to me to be a unit shareholder.
