I'm sure you know the story of Batter Blaster, was a HUGE success back then, but they had to shut it down due to financing and all. Company now has gone public 2 years and is finally getting financing in order. Product has already been sent to ConAgra for evaluation and from 1st impression, they are very impressed. For now the product is only available online.
BTW, you can make 9x 3" pancakes and it's about convenience more than making it yourself with mixing, this doesn't need any mixing or what. I love it myself and so do many of my friends and co-workers. Give it a try, I think you will be impressed.
