I want to agree with you, but in the real world I can only work with what is given to me boss. And being that this is an official filing, I going with what is filed, and if they meant 3 instead of 4 that's piss poor business at best, you are taught to proof read your final product before submitting in elementary school bouss, at this point and stage of where stlk is, they should be as accurate as possible so there is not left to assume like you are doing at this point.
