Get that audit...

The audit is currently under way with a goal to be completed by the end of September of this year. Once the audit is completed, our plan is to up-list to the OTC markets and become fully reporting to the SEC by filing our SEC Form 10.


All of the company efforts do not matter w/o this audit... This audit by Montgomery Coscia Greilich LLP (Auditor/Accountant) is key...
