hey, Duke - i'm pretty sure when you add up roche's position via acorn composite corp (128.24M), his family's position via IVUE Holdings (18M), and the CEO, plus various other board members' shares, insiders own a lot more than 50% already.

what's key is roche's controlling interest, which could go from 48.5% to 51% in the next filing. i recall reading in his financing deal he's got the option to "purchase the balance of such" shares regardless of if RVUE needs the $$$:
