I know a lot because I read the reports they've put out and do my homework. I do finance for a living, I know how this stuff works. If you don't that's fine, I'm just trying to educate so maybe we can get something together to pressure this company to making a move so we're finally not all underwater and losing money.
You don't find it odd that every time he tells us that there is going to be a report, it never happens? or gets "delayed indefinitely"?
Again, one was promised in FEBRUARY. What happened to it? Now there are all these conflicts and he can't report? HMMMM he had 4 months to put one together, but there is a funeral tomorrow so he can't inform his loyal shareholders? Doesn't add up to anything positive, and if you think there is something positive there, I am waiting for evidence of it. What have they done this year? What did they do last year? Without the smokescreen of the lawsuit we're seeing a whole lot of nothing.
Also, the excuse for the last two years was the lawsuit took up a ton of time and money, which, knowing how the court system works, I tend to believe, but that's been over for a long time now, what's the hold up? Why did sym take most of the settlement money for himself? Why did he allow everyone to walk and take up a job with a newspaper?
(I checked that newspaper today, how many articles has he written for TAP, but NOT ONE POST IN 4 MONTHS FOR A PUBLICLY HELD COMPANY!)
As to your question as to why not sell the shell, the only reason I can think of is he is using it for something, or he doesn't want others to see his books and records, which a buyer would certainly insist on seeing.
They never filed an annual report either.....
