We would never know whether a proven pharma leader will be able to transform CTIX from near bankruptcy to today's pipeline with minor dilutions and few resources.

Probably very few proven pharma leaders can pull off PolyHeist. No one can ever take that acquisition away from Leo, no matter how incompetent one thinks of him as a CEO.

Leo has been - and is - a highly energetic entrepreneur. But he's not a highly educated, proven pharma leader with a well respected name and a solid track record.
