Board Members always get to resign, LOL. Those Nebraska Common Cause complaints being filed created bad press for us at the time and did draw negative attention toward his position. But it seemed like it was more over notices he did not file than him actually being on the BOD. I met Tony before, he struck me as a very honest, wholesome person.

I still can not fathom the stupidity which led to a tax plan proposal over a development stage company making plans. I'm glad it didn't go to a vote because any officials with conflicts would have to abstain, who knows what that would leave you with.
