Tony stepped down from the board because he was appointed Nebraska Tax Commissioner by Governor Ricketts, he was not removed from the board of directors.

The mental midget, Al Davis, who put that bill up in the first place would have never gotten that passed in the unicameral to begin with! Governor Ricketts has been increasing the tax breaks to businesses and individuals since being in office. Tony is a great individual and he is a great tax commissioner for the State of Nebraska.
