Your 100% correct! My wife runs a small bank-it's a great job (20yrs) for where we live... but she hates it ! So she has been working on her masters in accounting for 3yrs. - one class at a time...online

Sadly ... I also agree with your opinion on manufacturing jobs never coming back...I think our schools have done a terrible job - not changing with the times...last 20yrs.
